Our Matured cheese is a true Dutch classic, with a full-bodied, robust taste. It pairs wonderfully with sturdy wholegrain bread or a glass of wine alike with friends. We’ve been making our matured cheese according to a traditional recipe for 60 years. But that doesn’t keep us from setting the bar a bit higher every single time we make it.
